Day 59 - Believe In God The Way God Wants Us To Believe

Focal Scripture: John 20:24-29

    In this scripture we see St. Thomas not believing in Jesus's apparition to the disciples. And we also see St. Thomas saying that he'd only believe after seeing the scars on Jesus’s hand and put his finger through them and until he put his hand on Christ's side. Now, if we go to the deeper meanings of this Bible verse, we can understand that the scripture gives us 2 important lessons.

    Number 1, we have to always say, “My Lord and My God,” in whatever circumstances, problems, and hardships we are going through. We have to say it like how St. Thomas said it.

    Number 2, we have to show faith in God and believe in God even if we don't see the wondrous miracles that he performs in our lives. We have to believe without seeing. Because that's what Jesus wants.

    So friends from today onwards, let’s keep in mind the 2 important lessons from this scripture. Because those 2 important lessons are what Jesus wants us to do. And, let's also keep in mind that if we do those 2 important lessons, we will BELIEVE IN GOD THE WAY GOD WANTS US TO BELIEVE.
