Day 55 - Pentecost: Fully Purified

Focal Scripture: Acts 2:1-4

    Hey everyone, my name is Bryan and welcome to Bible Scoop. Before, we head into the focal scripture of today, I just want to wish all of you a Happy Pentecost Day. Now, let's jump into the book of Acts, it’s 2nd chapter verses, 1-4. Let’s go. https://www.bible.com/bible/296/ACT.2.1-4

    In this scripture, we see a really familiar story which is, the Holy Spirit descending down on Mother Mary and Jesus’ disciples while they were praying really hard. Now, let’s head into the deeper meaning of this Bible verse.

    The deeper meaning here would be to follow what Mother Mary and the disciples did. They let the Holy Spirit in their lives and that's what we have to follow. They opened the doors to the Holy Spirit so that they may be purified and turned into a new creation. 

    The reason we have to follow Mother Mary and the disciples is because, we need the Holy Spirit in our life. We need the Holy Spirit so that we can walk on the right path, the path that God wants us to be on. We need the Holy Spirit so that the Holy Spirit may remind us of what is good in the eyes of God and what is bad.

    So friends, from today onwards let’s follow what Mother Mary and the disciples did. Let’s also remember the reasons as to why we have to follow them. Let’s remember that when we move in the direction they moved in, we will be FULLY PURIFIED!
