Day 30 - A Good Relationship With God

Focal Scripture: Acts 5:1-4

    In this scripture, we can see a couple whose names are Ananias and Sapphira keeping some money from selling a property that belonged to them, instead of having the entire amount handed over to the disciples. From this scripture, we can take away 2 lessons.

    The first lesson is that we should never cheat God. Because, when we do we make God sad. And this is because God loves us so much and it would break His heart when it isn't love that's given back but dishonesty. 

    And the second lesson is that we should never hold back when it comes to offering something to God. When God said he wants complete surrender from our side, he meant it. We should completely chop off all worldly ties, give up everything dear to us, follow God, and walk to God. 

    So, friends from today onwards, let’s not cheat God and let’s give Him the love he most certainly deserves. And let's also make sure to bow down to His will and completely surrender to His will. With all of these things done, we can assure that we have A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.
